Engine warning light on - tried 2 big dealers and their suggested fix was not the problem. Took my car to Bartuning and was immediately impressed with their knowledge. What’s more important a big fancy workshop that mis-diagnoses the problem or a shop that gets it right the first time. Bartuning know what they are doing and if I need any other repairs to my car that’s where I will take it.

Great service on my 2018 R. After Mike and his team previously installed APR Stage 1, intercooler, lowering springs, rear ASB, carbon fiber intake, and OCC, I’m now taking it back to R for regular service including this oil and filter change, tire rotation, and air inlet filter cleaning. Nice to have the service records posted to CarFax also!

Great knowledgeable staff and Michael was very helpful with breaking down the process of the work I had done. Not to mention quick to work with you and look out for your best interest performance and financial wise. Will be doing some return business with him and would happily recommend him over other shops in the Houston area! Great customer service is number one in my book.

Another 10k miles, another awesome service. Performed 60k mile service on my MK7 GTI and as always Mike never gouges me on things I don't need. Walked out with less than $200 which included diagnosing a leaky water pump. Thanks guys!

I got service that went the extra mile. I dropped in without an appointment on a Friday, spoke with Mike about the challenges I was experiencing with my Audi, and left with the understanding that I'd get my car the following week. It might have been about an hour later when I got a call from Mike letting me know that he'd diagnosed the problem, fixed a few other issues, and told me the car would be ready by the end of the day, all for a fair price. That's service I can appreciate.
